Action Man"
His nick name came from some of
John's peers when he first started his real estate career in the
Washington County area. In the first week, John listed one
home and sold two. Someone made the comment "aren't you
the action man"?, and it stuck. John tries to live up to
the concept of this name. He always treats the needs of his
clients foremost above all else. He is there to serve at all
times. "ACTION" is the operative word.
Experience and
Training
John first received his real estate agents license about 30 years
ago, and his Missouri brokers license about 20 years ago. In
addition, he has held a General Contractors License for over 35
years and is very familiar with all facets of building construction.
He was also employed by Southwest Adjusting Company as
manager for their property insurance adjusting division. All in
all, he sports a very thorough and well rounded knowledge of real
estate, and uses that knowledge to the benefit of his client,
whether buyer or seller.

He boasts an incredible sales to listing ratio. Over 90% of his
listings sell within the first 2 months. The reason for this
exceptional record is simple. He believes in service and action. He
always tries to be available. If you call him any time, night or
day, don't be surprised when he actually answers the phone. He
markets and works all listings. He uses tools and
methods that some agents "can't seem to find the time for", such as
holding open houses, handing out flyers door to door in the
neighboring areas, running ads in the local newspapers,
etc.
He believes that it is important to establish the real value of a
property before it is marketed, resulting in selling the property as
fast as possible while netting the greatest return to the
seller.
