Bill
is a Pennsylvania transplant. He has been living in St.
George since 1975 which makes him almost a native. The
red sands of Dixie are permanently planted in his shoes.
He’s traded the Pennsylvania “green” for the
Dixie “red”. Bill and his wife Louise (also a
red head) are the parents of two daughters and grandparents of
two with another on the way.
Bill
is a “people person, which means he has a passion working
with the public, especially in the field of real estate sales.
He is unique in that he has the ability to tune to a
client’s needs and can determine what they are looking for
without wasting a lot of time. He listens carefully and
researches accordingly.
Bill
has had a lifetime of experience in business, real estate and
financial fields along with being licensed to sell Securities
with a Series 7 license. Throughout his education he has
gained valuable experience and confidence in the acquisition
and financing of real estate which will help with the
turbulent challenges in the real estate market requiring the
assistance of a professional.
Most
importantly he is a “Team Player”. He recognizes the
value of working together with others to accomplish the goals
of his clients. This is one of the reasons why he has
